TUESDAY Presentations Overview:
1. Make sure you talk with your partner (if you have one) and get started and decide who is presenting the review part or the primary paper. Make sure you work on them separately and then come together at the end to make it cohesive.
2. ROUGH DRAFT #1 (WED/THURS/FRIDAY before your talk): MEET with AHNA as a group
You will have to make an appointment (send outlook calendar alert) to meet with me at least the thursday before your talk (after/before lab or Wed/Friday) with a rough draft of your talk. Your group should be prepared to ask me questions about the papers and some slides for me to look at.
3. ROUGH DRAFT #2 (Sunday before your talk): EMAIL me a copy of your group TALK draft
Sunday your group will send me a 2nd rough draft before 3pm so that I can work on your slides and send revisions back.
**please use PPT or KEY (Google slides is very limited)
4. FINAL CHAT (MONDAY before your talk): MEET with AHNA as a group or digitally
You have the option to meet me on Monday before your talk with last minute questions or concerns
5. TUESDAY blog questions: Your group should be prepared to answer these questions in class. If you need help, please ask me. Most of your classmates will submit their questions before Tuesday at noon so you will have time to go over them and prepare.
6. EMAIL me your FINAL talk no later than 12pm the day of your talk. They can be .PPT or .KEY files.
For ZOOM--you will be presenting your slides yourself, but I require a copy as well.
**FYI--Please set up your PPT or KEY talk as a 4:3 aspect ratio. That is the only ratio that will work best for presentation.
